Nokia N95 Control Car
What Nokia N95 can do besides giving you the communication function and the 5.0-megapixel shooter? Do you all know that the N95 has a built-in accelerometer sensor? This is what it can do, controlling an RC car. Andreas Jakl and Stephan Selinger have launched a ShakerRacer project which enabled RC car to be controlled via Nokia N95 using the sensor. They modified the RC car to accept Bluetooth instead of the proprietary wireless module which an RC car came with, and they also add in a microcontroller. On the mobile phone, a Python script translates the input of the acceleration sensor to commands the microcontroller in order to manage the steering servo and the main motor. Check out the demonstration after the jump.

Smart Silver Wallet
This innovative aluminum wallet allows you to organize, protect and select up to six of your favorite plastic cards quickly and easily at the push of a button.
Once loaded in the wallet, your cards never touch anything except the very outside edges! A special built-in system adjusts, keeping your cards secure in their individual slots.
Instead of spring-loaded buttons that could accidently eject cards all over the place, the buttons slide forward and nudge each card out just enough so you can comfortably grab the edge of the card.

Phone explosion killed a man in Korea
After reading this, I started not to put my cellphone on my shirt pocket. A 33-year-old excavator driver was found dead on Wednesday in Cheongwon, North Chungcheong Province in Korea. The man was identified only with his surname Seo. His colleagues found he was found lying dead beside his excavator in a stone quarry in Cheongwon at 8:40 a.m. The policeman said that a cell phone was found in his shirt pocket with melted battery and his chest was burned and fractured. The doctors said that the explosion killed the man and was declared dead on arrival. However, the company who made the phone has been kept a secret. Can you tell what phone is that on the picture? Find out what the company said after the jump.
Phone company:
“We will fully cooperate with the police investigation,'’ an official of the electronics company said. “But we believe that the battery was very unlikely to explode. Our battery is wrapped in aluminum foil, so when there is an external shock, it should just melt, not explode.'’
